Credible reports reaching this platform says the President of the Republic of Liberia, President George M. Weah is now considering reconstituting his new Cabinet in the first half of the CDC led Government.
According to our source, the results of the just ended Elections across the Counties including the losing of Montserrado County, the Base of the CDC to the Opposition Candidate Sen. Abraham Darius Dillion necessited the President decision after a deep reflection on how to regain the people’s Mandate before 2023.
The President will begin his much anticipated reshuffle of few Cabinet posts with new faces entering Government and some new Deputy Ministers coming on the Team.
In the expected reshuffle, Finance and Development Planning Minister, Mr. Samuel D. Tweah will be replaced by Former Maritime Commissioner Dr. James F. Kollie , the Minister Of State Nathaniel McGill will also be replaced by Former Education Minister George Warner, as for Public Works Ministry and Transport , former Public Works Minister in the Sirleaf’s Administration Mr. Gyude Moore has been considered for the post, for Transport Ministry, the President has resolved to replace Minister Samuel Wlue unfortunately no name has been considered yet for said position.
Meanwhile, the Commissioner Of the Liberia National Police Col. Patrick Sudue will be replaced by James D. Hallowanger, a former Police Commandant and a Criminal justice expert .
Political pundits say, the anticipated changes are all part of the President williness to reenergize the Coalition Base and improve on productivity before 2023.
Observers and Political Analysts have asserted that, this will be the first major reshuffle since the CDC led Government came to Power 2017.
