Rep. Yekeh Kolubah, Montserrado 10th Electoral District Representative is on the verge of being expelled from the House of Representatives for allegedly desecrating the sacredness of the chamber of the HOR.
On Tuesday the ANC Lawmaker was seen in session demonstrating his anger against what he referred to as constant harassment and intimidation by President George Weah, with the latest episode involving the Incarceration of his Security Guys.
Representative Kolubah alleged that on numerous occasions he wrote plenary but the speaker has refused to put his matter on the floor for deliberation.
In our live broadcast of Tuesday session, the lawmaker walked into the chamber and blamed the President and House Speaker Dr. Bhofal Chambers of denying his right as a Legislator.
The Speaker of the House of Representatives has meanwhile forwarded Representative Yekeh Kolubah to the Rules, Order, and Administration Committee for recommended action.
Representative Kolubah was seen being escorted by two of his colleagues outside of the chamber of the House of Representatives.
Speaker Chambers is appalled by the ANC Lawmaker’s action and has informed the Rules, order, and Administration Committee headed by Mariamu Fofana who recently resigned from Unity Party, for prompt action.
