Senator Saah Joseph returns from America with several goodies!
Over 30 medical Doctors are expected to arrive in Liberia shortly to conduct free medical surgical operations on hundreds of Liberians.
Making the disclosure on Thursday upon his return to the country from the United States of America, Montserrado County Senator Saah Joseph said the team of doctors will arrive in the country on 29 October to carryout the surgery.
He said the exercise is apart of the Montserrado County health team delivery of free healthcare to the people of the County.
The CDC senator disclosed that the doctors while in the country will be at his expense noting that it is his way of helping underprivileged Liberians who are unable to access medication.
Meanwhile, Senator Saah Joseph has disclosed that while in the United States of America, he was able to acquire thirty five 71 seated school buses for schools in Montserrado County and five ambulances.
He said when the busses finally arrive in the country, they will be distributed among government run schools including the University of Liberia and other vocational institutions in the county.
The Senate Chair on Executive however mentioned that the only challenge he is faced with is the importation of the buses to the country.
Senator Joseph said, in the coming days, he will meet with the government as a body to negotiate the importation of the buses to Liberia.
At the same time, Senator Saah Joseph has expressed joy over his appointment as acting president of the Invincible Eleven Sports Association.
Recently the broad of IE named Senator Saah Joseph as the new president of the Sports Association.
Senator Joseph said he is prepared to work with old players of IE to begin preparation to make one of Liberia’s oldest club second to none.
