The Ministry of education confirms that 60 thousand Children across Liberia lack secondary education.
The Minister of education Pro. D. Ansu Sonii said, there is a need for secondary school to be prioritized in Liberia for children to obtain a better education.
According to the minister, 25 districts across Liberia lacked secondary education and the construction of school buildings for students.
He claimed that the ministry of Education had improved universities’ curriculum of early childhood education along with secondary education as BSC courses.
Pro. Sonii said secondary schools will begin construction of a secondary school with molding laboratories in the following counties: Margibi, Bong, Nimba, and Bomi county for students.
Speaking today at the MICAT press briefing he said, satisfied volunteers teachers in public schools across Liberia are in the process of obtaining government salaries.
At the same time, the Ministry of Education had pardoned Risk institution and hardwood mission institution to participate in WAEC come 2022.
